IPA Empire

Here is how this will go. For each server that IPA owns, I will appoint a Governor to lead that server. The only way you can become a Server Governor is if you are in IPA, and you ask to be a Governor. This is a first come first server process. If you leave IPA, you are no longer in charge of any servers that you own. The land that IPA owns in England will be called the UKIPA, and stuff in the US will be called USIPA, and so on. If, next to a server, it says Position Open, you can comment saying what server you want to lead, but only if you are in IPA
At the most, if you are in IPA you can govern up to 2 servers (That might change as we get larger)

If a server has:
1 Face: Small village
2 Faces: Town
3 Faces: City
4 Faces: Big City
5 Faces: Giant City

Capital: Ice Cold. Most IPA citizens and soldiers will live there, this is the main training ground. Governors will live here, but often go on the servers they govern.

Biggest City: Deep Freeze. By far, the biggest city in UK.

Military Strongholds: Ice Cold, Deep Freeze, and Cold Front

Naval Bases (IPN): Ice Cold, Deep Freeze, and Snow Flake

Laws:
1. Robbing is Illegal (There are allot of criminals out there, so try and stop them!)
2. Street Fighting is illegal (Except if you are an IPA soldier fighting a criminal, then you have an exception for that time, Training that is organized by a rank General or higher is also permitted)
3. No murder, homicide, massacres, no etc.
4. Troops are like police officers, if you see someone robbing a store or whatever, then stop them!
5. Ranks General or higher are to be obeyed at all times, unless overruled by a higer rank.
6. NO TREASON (Treason is working against the government to try and stop whatever they are doing)
7. No harassing puffles, ice fishing is permitted, cutting down trees and plants is permitted just whatever you kill you have to plant one more of. Harassing crabs is recommended, because of what they did to the pool. The polar bear (From the 6th mission) is not a penguin and is not native so does not count as “Wildlife” so harassing him is also recommended, just like crabs.
8. In a server, when the governor is there, he can overrule anybody in the server, except the supreme commander. But that only is for laws of the empire, military training and other stuff involving the army or the navy is controlled according to rank in either.
9. Troops are asked to patrol servers, making sure there are no robberies, breaking of laws, or enemy troops.
